About Rebecca Davies
Rebecca’s practice focuses on Estate Administration, Guardianships & Conservatorships. She has also served as a professional trustee and professional administrator. As the former staff attorney for the Hall County Probate Court, where she assisted the Honorable Patty Walters Laine, she is uniquely qualified to aid individuals and families with their probate needs.
Her brief work as a closing attorney for McDonnell and Associates and her service as a legal intern in the Alcovy Circuit, under the Honorable Samuel Ozburn, provide further grounding in related issues that frequently arise in probate matters. Rebecca is a graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where she was an active member of several student organizations, serving as president of the Older Wise Law Students, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018; treasurer of Real Estate Legal Society, 2017-2018; 3L representative of Legal Aid Volunteer Organization, 2017-2018; and 3L representative of Joshua’s Wish, 2017-2018.
Before her stint in law school, Rebecca taught rhetoric and composition at the college level. In addition to her law degree, she holds a bachelor of arts in English and a Master of Arts in rhetoric and composition from Indiana University.
